Does the ion fan have a balanced voltage?
Time:2018/3/23 9:51:37 Browse:

The ion blower can eliminate static electricity and has superior static-free performance to prevent electrostatic pollution and damage. There are applications on many production lines and workers' work platforms. Many people know that the balance voltage is a standard for testing ion fans. Let's talk about the balance voltage of the ion fan.

The balance voltage of the ion fan can be measured using CPM. Balance voltage is a very important performance of the ion fan! It reflects the static electricity hazard that the ionizing fan brings to its active objects when it is working, that is, the static voltage that will be generated on this object. If this voltage does not exceed the anti-static capability of ESD-sensitive devices, it is safe. The balance voltage of the current ion fan can be only a few volts, so for most situations, it is safe.

The static electricity on the electrified body is not enough to neutralize the static electricity generated by the ion fan! In other words, the static electricity on the electrified body is completely neutralized by the ion blower. After that, the positive and negative ions produced by the ion blower should be relatively balanced (regardless of the balance voltage, since this voltage is safe for the product), Relatively speaking, both positive and negative ions act on the object at the same time (even if the AC ion fan and pulsed DC ion fan, the positive and negative ions alternately generate a frequency of 60hz, which can also be regarded as simultaneous effect), and the object will not be charged with static electricity. There will be no voltage that will damage the sensitive device. Of course, this is not an absolute 0V, there should be a relatively low voltage on the object, this value should be less than the equilibrium voltage. In an acceptable range, it is safe! Therefore, when selecting an ion fan, balancing the voltage is an important consideration.
