Anti-static product testing and maintenance

　　Formulate anti-static management system and have special personnel responsible for it. Regularly check and maintain the effectiveness of anti-static facilities.

　　(1) Wrist band: Check once a day. The SL-035 wrist strap tester, the SL-039 wrist strap online monitor, and the SL-033 human body tester can be used for testing.

　　(2) Anti-static clothing: Once a month, it can be tested with our SL-030 Surface Resistance Tester, SL-030A Heavy Hammer Surface Resistance Tester, and SL-030B Digital Weight Hammer Surface Resistance Tester.

　　(3) Anti-static shoes: Tested once a week, it can be tested with the SL-033 Human Body Tester, the SL-031 Human Body Tester, and the SL-036 Human Body Tester manufactured by our company.

　　(4) Integrated human body resistance: once a day, it can be tested with the SL-033 Human Body Tester, the SL-031 Human Body Tester, and the SL-036 Human Body Tester manufactured by our company. It is usually detected at the entrance of the workshop.

　　(5) Anti-static performance of anti-static components racks, printed board racks, turnover boxes, and transport vehicles is checked every six months. The SL-030 surface resistance tester, SL-030A weight type surface resistance tester, and SL-030B digital weight type surface resistance tester manufactured by our company can be used for testing.

　　(6) The anti-static floor, table mat, and floor mat are tested every three months. The SL-030 surface resistance tester, SL-030A heavy hammer type surface resistance tester, and SL-030B digital display weight can be used. Surface resistance tester test.

　　(7) The static elimination equipment is tested once every three months. An electrostatic tester, such as the FMX-OO3 electrostatic tester imported from Japan, can be used. Or ME268A electrostatic tester.

　　(8) The grounding of the antistatic product is checked once a month. The SL-038A grounding system monitoring alarm device produced by our company can be used for detection.

Electrostatic measuring instruments

　　(1) Electrostatic tester: a Measure how much static electricity a product or a certain location has. b Measure the performance of static eliminators in addition to static electricity.

　　(2) Wrist strap tester: Whether the wrist strap is effective or not is measured.

　　(3) Wrist strap online monitor: monitor whether the wrist strap is damaged and worn at any time.

　　(4) Human body comprehensive tester: It can be used to measure whether wrist straps and anti-static shoes are effective. It can also measure the total resistance of the human body.

　　(5) Surface resistance tester: It is used to measure the impedance or resistance of all conductive type, antistatic type, and electrostatic discharge type products.

　　(6) System monitoring and alarming instrument: It can monitor the contact between the working water ground and the earth at any time.

Electronic product manufacturing anti-static technical requirements

　　(1) Antistatic grounding electrode resistance <10Ω.

　　(2) Anti-static floor or floor mat: surface resistance 105-109Ω, friction voltage <100V.

　　(3) Anti-static wall: The resistance value is 5×104-109Ω.

　　(4) Anti-static worktable mats: Surface resistance 105-109Ω; Friction voltage <100V; Resistance to ground system 105-109Ω.

　　(5) Anti-static work chair face 105-109Ω caster resistance.

　　(6) Anti-static overalls, caps, gloves, friction voltage <300V; sole frictional voltage <100V. The surface resistance is 105-109Ω.

　　(7) The anti-static wrist strap connection cable resistance is 1MΩ; the system resistance is 750KΩ-1O.5MΩ when the wrist strap is worn. The heel strap (shoes) system resistor 105-108Ω.

　　(8) The logistics platform faces the wheel system resistance 105-109Ω.

　　(9) The surface resistance value of the material transfer box such as material box, turnover box, and PCB frame is 103-109Ω, and the friction voltage is less than 100V.
